If you’re at this Bandcamp page, it’s probably because you were a generous donor to WMBR’s 2014 fundraiser. That, or I just like you a whole lot. In either case, THANK YOU! Herein lies a performance by England’s The Bevis Frond, who visited Cambridge as guests of my “Midlife Crisis of Champions” celebration this past April.
If you have the CD, you know that, for aesthetic and space reasons, we left off the witty banter that Nick & Paul are so famous for. Here on Bandcamp though, we've got the entire show, with all the between song witticisms and guitar tunings, as well as two encores, available for download!
Finally, although they are credited below, I would like to give an extra thank you to Jeff and Maria at Peerless, who donated their mastering & editing services; to Adam at Stompbox Sonic and Mary Lou who donated gear; and to The Bevis Frond’s Nick and Paul, who flew over from England for the cost of airline tickets and an AirBnB to celebrate my anniversary with me. I was honored and humbled.
